Purchasing facts:

• We are able to offer flexible and highly competitive pricing as all decisions made in this regard are made locally by the management of the company who are also the owners. Generally, cost of UT hardware and software is 30 60 % less than the competition;
• We offer special enterprise level pricing options.
• The above prices exclude V.A.T. and are valid for 14 days from date of quotation.
• The above prices exclude installation and commissioning costs.
• A maintenance contract of 1.5% of the purchase price, per month, is required for support, software upgrades, and repairs when necessary.
• Unitrac™ UniMonitor Terminals are currently subject to a 4 week delivery.
• The UniTrac software is required to be installed on the print servers, while the database can be loaded onto a separate server.
• The system can operate with several different databases. Should the client not have a pre-existing SQL server database a license-free database may be supplied.
